…I don’t think it’ll be another 13 years before a Skycam hangs in Ralph Wilson Stadium. Brian Moorman, Jabari Greer, Angelo Crowell, Trent Edwards, Marshawn Lynch and the rest of the guys gave us what may end up being the best MNF game of the season. After the game, Tony Romo called his team “resilient” a number of times, but he should acknowledge their incredible luck at the end of the game. A little more offense from the Bills and they probably would have won.

While I mostly agree with you, and I was forced to watch the entire game because of fantasy implications. I won my game with Romo’s last TD pass coming with less than 20 seconds to go in the game. After the game ended and I reflected on what I saw. I had to ask, how could the Bills blow a game in which they took 6 turnovers and scored three touchdowns on returns? The Bills have no one to blame but themselves for this loss, they should have been able to finish that game.
BTW, loved the Bills uniforms last night.

I totally agree that the Bills offense wasn’t clicking against the Cowboys D and that’s what cost them the game. However, Edwards did a pretty good job considering his inexperience and the stage…
I like these Bills throwbacks much better than the ones they wore in the 75th NFL season. I think they debuted them last season.
Thinking about it more, I’m wondering if this is the first time a Skycam was used in RWS, seeing as they’ve only been used in the NFL since what, 2001 or 2002?

Edwards did not lose the game for them, he just did not win it. At times I thought he looked really great and found it hard to believe I did not know more about him. The Bills just did not seem to be able to finish a drive. I was rooting for them, it was almost a perfect night, a BDFL win for me and a win for the Bills and a loss for the Cowboys. Plus nothing would have made me happier than to see that fatman on the Dallas sideline leave Buffalo with a loss.

Andy’s notes on Monday night….
Dallas was looking a week ahead and the Bills “hands team” needs to be drilled to death.
TO still can’t catch a pressure pass. Had he had the Bills might have won it in OT. Maybe on a return for a TD or at least one that set up and easy field goal. The Bills were 4/165yds in returns.
Kornheiser and gang give win to Bills with 6:00 left in 4th quarter moments before Edwards throws INT.
Dallas never punted.
I thought it was a very ugly played game. It may not be the best Monday night game of the year but it will certainly be the most entertaining.
JP doesn’t need to worry about a job when he returns.
For a period of 30 minutes I wore off the words prev chan on my remote switching back and forth between this game and the ending of the MLB Divisional Series as they were both ending at the same time.

I definitely like the look of Edwards more than JP. I wouldn’t mind if they stuck with him for a while. Scott and I talk about this in the upcoming BDFL podcast.
> Dallas never punted.
Dallas punted twice (and they were huge) and the Bills punted 5 times.
> I thought it was a very ugly played game.
The ugliness was more the six Dallas turnovers than the Bills’ stalled offensive drives, that’s for sure…
Baseball’s still on?
